Bat Signal seen in cities worldwide to celebrate 80 years on Batman Day

Yesterday, cities all over the world celebrated Batman Day on the 80th-anniversary of the masked vigilante. To mark the special occasion, the Bat Signal was sent up into the sky in cities all across the world.

From New York to Melbourne, Batman Day was celebrated on Saturday, Sept. 21 by flashing the Bat Signal into the night sky and across buildings.

At 8:00 p.m. local time, fans of the caped crusader were able to spot the signal in Tokyo, Berlin, Rome and more.
