As previously reported, the passing of NBA legend Kobe Bryant on January 26 affected countless people outside of the basketball community. Beartooth took it upon themselves to make their own tribute shirt in his and his daughter Gianna’s memory to give back to the families of the other victims in the crash.

The shirt itself was made to have the Los Angeles Lakers’ colors with a large “B” set to look similar to Bryant’s number eight jersey.

“Growing up, we were all fans of Kobe Bryant. Last week’s tragedies effected so many people, us included. To honor the legacy of not only Kobe, his daughter Gianna, but all those who lost their lives, we’re releasing this very special limited edition shirt where we’ll donate 100% of the profits to the #MambaOnThree Fund, which will help support the families affected by this horrific tragedy. The fund is honoring the loved ones of the other seven people involved in the crash that haven’t received as much attention as the Bryants.

Now, they’re reporting back to fans they’ve raised over $10,000 which will all go to the victims’ families.

While the t-shirts are now sold out, fans can still donate directly to the MambaOnThree Fund here.
