According to a new report from Consequence Of Sound, Danny Elfman’s soundtrack is getting a new and improved look for the film’s anniversary, and you’re going to want it asap!

The upcoming deluxe re-release is set to feature Elfman’s entire soundtrack, in addition to two songs from Harry Belafonte, which was also featured in the Michael Keaton-led ’80s flick.

As for what to expect from the vinyl, the Beetlejuice 30th Anniversary Original Motion Picture Soundtrack will be pressed into a “180-gram colored vinyl,” and you can get it in two options: black and white or the uniquely designed “Beetlejuice Swirl.”

What’s more? The forthcoming vinyl is set to feature original artwork from Justin Erickson of Phantom City Creative, and it looks straight out of the mind of the classic Tim Burton film.

The soundtrack will be available this Friday, Dec. 7, via Waxwork’s website.

In other Beetlejuice news, it was recently reported that Beetlejuice: The Musical wrapped its Washington, D.C. run on Nov. 18, and if you didn’t get a chance to see it, the show will open April 2019 at the Winter Garden Theatre, and further information is available here.

Additionally, a report from Broadway.com, revealed that the production cast Alex Brightman to play the infamous “ghost-with-the-most,” Beetlejuice and Sophia Anne Caruso as Lydia.

Speaking to Broadway.com, Brightman is incredibly excited to play the role of the infamous Beetlejuice, saying:

“If you told eight-year-old Alex Brightman that he would be bringing a millennia-old, bio-exorcist demon from hell to life onstage, that would probably make a lot of sense to him. I’m bursting to show everyone what we’re cooking up with this show. It’s going to be a ridiculous and oddly heartwarming blast!”
