Billie Eilish plays ‘Ellen’ with Dave Grohl in the audience

Billie Eilish recently appeared on Ellen to perform “When The Party’s Over,” and Foo Fighters‘ Dave Grohl was in the audience to support the singer.

Eilish just dropped When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and went on the show to promote it. While there, she even get pranked by a fake Justin Bieber.

Grohl, who previously compared the hype around Eilish to that of Nirvana in the ‘90s, was in the audience on Ellen.

“I feel like recently I met a lot of people that my parents grew up as fans of, you know. And that’s no disrespect to your age, Dave,” Eilish laughed and looked at Grohl.

Grohl was a good sport about Eilish’s comment and laughed it off, too.

You can see a clip of that below.

Grohl brought his daughter to the show, who he previously covered Eilish’s “Idontwannabeyouanymore” with.

Then, Eilish talked about how she’s a huge Bieber fan and how he just started following her on Instagram.

Ellen DeGeneres told Eilish she should meet him, and then said she was sorry that he wasn’t at the show to surprise her. However, she did have a surprise for the singer — she had a fake Bieber jump out and scare her out of her seat.

“I don’t get scared,” Eilish said after, which was definitely a lie. You can watch that below.

Grohl and many other fans in the audience got to see Eilish perform a beautiful rendition of “When The Party’s Over.” Check that out below.

Grohl is far from Eilish’s only famous fan. Recently, Angela Kinsey, who plays Angela in The Office, celebrated the singer’s debut album.

In other news, Eilish blessed us with another weirdly iconic music video for her track “bad guy.” You can watch that below.
