Billie Eilish has officially been given the stamp of approval by the Spice Girls — well, at least by Sporty Spice anyway. Melanie C recently took to Instagram to share what she thinks could be in store for the young sensation.

After seeing Eilish’s sold out show in London at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, the Spice Girl met up with the star and took a photo.

Billie is an extraordinary talent and seeing young girls screaming with her every move and singing every word of her lyrics, gave me goosebumps,” Melanie C says in an Instagram post. “Billie Eilish you are a phenomenon and I salute you. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!”

Additionally, Eilish shared Melanie C’s post on her own Instagram story with the caption, “Are you KIDDING me?”

Recently, Eilish shockingly revealed that she doesn’t like wearing Vans.

In an interview, Eilish says that she doesn’t like “girl’s shoes,” stating she prefers shoes that look bigger, chunkier and colorful. After saying she doesn’t like shoes that are “flat [and] low to the ground,” she goes on to express her distaste with Vans.

“That’s why with the Vans, it’s like small dick energy,” she says. “I don’t know what it is. I’ve tried. I see someone with Vans, [and] I’m like, ‘Oh, they got a small dick.’”

Additionally, after rumors of a Spice Girls reunion started spreading like wildfire, the iconic group have announced that they are indeed reuniting.

In fact, the girls are set to embark on a UK tour this summer. However, the tour will not feature Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham. The updated lineup reportedly includes Baby Spice (Emma Bunton), Scary Spice (Mel B), Ginger Spice (Geri) and Sporty Spice (Mel C).
