‘Birds Of Prey’ first trailer shows aftermath of Harley Quinn, Joker breakup

Birds Of Prey has dropped its first trailer for the colorful film starring Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) that explains a bit about what happened after she and the Joker broke up.

The Suicide Squad spinoff recently unveiled its official release date, after it was leaked online.

Then, prior to the release of the highly-anticipated trailer, the film dropped a series of colorful new posters to show a bit more of what Quinn has in store for us. You can see those below.

Now, we have the trailer, and it’s a lot to take in. We see Quinn being upset about her breakup and totally turns it around by trying to save a little girl with the help of her friends. The trailer is filled with Quinn’s eccentric personality that’s juxtaposed with the bloodshed and violence shown throughout.

“I”m the one they should be scared of. Not you, not Mr. J because I’m Harley freaking Quinn,” Robbie says in the trailer.

You can see the first official trailer for Birds Of Prey below.

The film will hit theaters February 7. Besides Robbie, the cast includes Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez), Huntress(Mary Elizabeth Winstead), Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), Black Mask (Ewan McGregor), Victor Zsasz (Chris Messina) and Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco).

As previously stated, the film only recently revealed when it will debut in theaters on its first official poster.

The poster centers on Quinn, much like the film itself. She’s seen in front of a rainbow colored background sporting a bright pink top, lots of chain necklaces and her signature red lipstick.

Quinn seems unbothered, looking in a daze at all of the other stars of the film as birds.

A tattoo on Quin’s neck matches the caption of the new poster, which is “Mind Over Mayhem.” You can see that poster below.
