Black Veil Brides to reimagine debut album for 10-year anniversary
While Black Veil Brides seem to have taken a step back as Andy Biersack’s second solo record takes flight, fans of the band have gotten an update on their plans for the summer of 2020.
In an interview with Rocksound, Biersack says that Black Veil Brides intend on celebrating 10 years of We Stitch These Wounds with a reimagining. Biersack says that in addition to re-recording some material, the band may add a few new songs and covers to it.

“It’ll be 10 years since the first record [We Stitch These Wounds] next summer, so we’ve planned to do a reimagining of that record,” Biersack says. “Re-recording some of the stuff, and probably some new songs added to it, maybe some covers that we want to do. So that’ll come out, and that’ll be really cool. I don’t know what the plans are outside of that or how we’re going to present that, but that’s the plan for now.”
Biersack then continues to discuss the band’s future, which looks ever-bright and “fresh.”
“And moving forward, something new. What’s great about Vale being what it was, it was the end to a chapter of the style and feeling of the Wretched And Divine era,” Biersack continues. “And I think we all feel like whatever is coming next is going to be something totally fresh and new.”

Biersack’s sophomore solo album, which will be released under the name Andy Black, will also be accompanied by The Ghost Of Ohio graphic novel.
Both The Ghost Of Ohio album and graphic novel are available for preorder now digitally and via physical copies. Both will be released April 12.
