Blazing meteor interrupts concert

During their set at Fun Fun Fun Fest Saturday night, Modest Mouse played the song “Space Travel Is Boring,” which is a pretty funny coincidence. During the song, a blazing meteor streaked across the dark sky and made the audience collectively gasp. Check out video of the awesome spectacle below, and let us know your thoughts.

NASA confirmed that the meteor, which crashed in Central Texas, was 4,000 pounds and moving at a speed of 55,000 miles per hour.

The meteor actually went on to cause quite a stir in Texas that night.
