blink-182-inspired COVID-19 song gets Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus nods

People are getting pretty creative during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in the ways they’re offering new takes on music and Tom DeLonge, as well as Mark Hoppus, are showing their support of a new blink-182 cover being remixed to match the situation with the virus.

San Diego punk trio Infinite Signal took on the challenge of covering a song about the current pandemic and spun out “Wash My Hands Again” to the tune of blink’s “What’s My Age Again?”.

The band took on the challenge of covering a song about the pandemic and pulled off something truly incredible.

“We were challenged to write/cover a song about the current pandemic and it turned out to be a lot of fun. It’s important for us to note that we are taking COVID-19 seriously and we are aware of the severity of the virus. However, in uncertain & difficult times like these, it’s also important to laugh,” they wrote while posting the track.
