blink-182 share satirical punk-rock gig poster teasing Friday release

blink-182 continue to tease their cryptic Friday release, staying true to the promise of two more new tracks before heading out on tour later this month.

The band shared an old-school punk style poster bearing the words “Generational Divide” on the bottom, a title blink fans are familiar with at this point.

Mark Hoppus previously spilled that “Generational Divide” will be his favorite song to play in a recent Twitter Q&A. He also stated that no new material will be played live prior to release, meaning fans could hear it on the upcoming tour.

The poster also lists “PAGYMTAE,” “BOJMIR” and “REKÜF” in an opening band fashion, possibly hinting to more album details.

Although the flyer reads October 31, the caption tells us that “Generational Divide” is most likely what we can expect for Friday.

This also isn’t the first time fans have heard or seen “BOJMIR,” with Travis Barker previously referencing the word in an Instagram caption.

The band also shared a possible snippet of the track on their story, along with a slightly animated version of the poster.

Needless to say, we’ll be counting down the minutes for Friday.
