Blink-182's comeback album given tentative release timeline

It looks like we may be getting a new Blink-182 record sooner than expected. In a recent interview with KROQ, Travis Barker disclosed that the band are currently aiming for a possible release with supporting shows for this summer.

“Just having someone like Matt (Skiba) who’s in the studio everyday is great. You got to show up, that’s the first part. It’s just exciting,” he continues on the new found chemistry in the band. “It’s a new chapter and we’re not striving for mediocrity, we’re looking to kill it. We’re gonna make a great album.”

“I think summertime,” Travis says of the record’s possible release. “There’s tentatively some plans to play shows during summer. Everything will come together and be revealed in due time. It’s gonna be great.”
