Dahvie Vanity (aka Jesus David Torres) of electro-pop act Blood On The Dance Floor was accused of sexual assault by several women, many of whom were underage at the time of the incident, back in August in an exposé with MetalSucks.

Now, in a new exposé with Huffington Post, more women have come forward with their own stories of sexual assault, again while many were underage.

MetalSucks spoke with six women for their feature, and now three of those women, including Tye Burns and Shae, are also speaking with Huffington Post.

HuffPost spoke to a dozen women total who say Torres sexually assaulted them between 2006 and 2015. While many used a full name, some are only identified by their first, fearing BOTDF fans will harass them.

Torres still makes music, having released a new single this week. Many of the women who came forward state they are doing so in fear he’s still preying on girls.

The first story comes from Priscilla Hendry who met Torres in 2006 when she was 15 and he was 22. Hendry and Torres were talking on Myspace, and when they met in person, he “immediately tried to kiss her.”

After realizing Hendry didn’t have enough money for them to see a movie, Torres angrily drove her back home. He pulled the car over and tried to kiss her a second time. When she refused, he allegedly “shoved her face into his crotch so forcefully that he ripped out her hair extensions.”

Emerald Poor is another woman who came forward with her story. In 2011, just after turning 18, Poor met a then 27-year-old Torres at the mall. He was there before BOTDF’s show getting a manicure that read “fuck me” across his nails. Torres wanted to meet up again after the show, but Poor suggested breakfast.

Poor meet Torres at his Holiday Inn where she alleges he “grabbed her by the throat and dragged her into the bathroom.” There, he anally raped her in front of the bathroom mirror, forcing her to watch.

“The moment I would look down, he would pull my head back up and force me to watch,” she says.

He then took her to bed and vaginally raped her next to a second bed with two unconscious women, Poor says.

HuffPost highlights several other examples of abuse, stating none of them went to the authorities. However, the cops did get involved in one 2009 incident that lead to Torres’ arrest.

A women accused Torres of sexually assaulting her at a BOTDF show in Denver Sept. 12, 2009. The band’s set was cut short, and they left the stage to see what was going on, which is when Torres was handcuffed.

Once arrested, former bandmate Garrett McLaughlin (aka Garrett Ecstasy) noticed a young girl was speaking with police officers. McLaughlin had seen the girl previously that night when he attempted to get in their van, but Torres shooed him away.

MetalSucks acquired a copy of Torres’ arrest record from a Colorado police department that is dated Sept. 13, 2009. However, HuffPost states they were unable to verify the legitimacy of it or confirm if a charge was filed.

HuffPost contacted the Colorado Bureau of Investigations who would not reveal if arrest records existed in Torres’ name, stating sealed court documents aren’t accessible to journalists or the public.

McLaughlin says Torres’ behavior deeply disturbed him, quitting in 2009 after the latter’s arrest. Torres then recruited Jayy Von Monroe (who declined to use his real name), who was 17 at the time.

Monroe left the band in 2016, but told HuffPost Torres’ behavior made him uncomfortable.

“It became embarrassing, and I didn’t want to tell people what band I was in,” he says.

“I think that [Torres] has a very childlike mind, and that’s why he’s able to, I guess, get into the heads of these kids and manipulate their thoughts and minds and what they idolize,” he continues.

HuffPost states they attempted to contact Torres for comment, but he hung up once the reporter identified himself. You can view HuffPost’s full story with all of the women’s accounts here.
