‘Breaking Bad’ Heisenberg lookalike wanted on meth-related charges

At  50 years old, Todd W. Barrick Jr. found his way into the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. He’s wanted for allegedly violating his probation in relation to a conviction for possession of methamphetamine, but he’s famous for looking like Breaking Bad star Walter White.

Illinois’ Galesburg Police Department posted a series of mugshots and immediately the post blew up with memes of the strange doppelganger of the Breaking Bad good guy/bad guy.

Here is the man in all of his glory.

People couldn’t help but crack jokes about the suspect on the run. “Have you tried Albuquerque? Perhaps at los pollos hermanos.” One user says in reference to the show.

Maybe this is a very elaborate publicity stunt to promote the new Breaking Bad movie—El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. It’s unlikely, but if you haven’t heard of it, now you can.

“After escaping Jack and his gang, Jesse Pinkman goes on the run from the police and tries to escape his own inner turmoil.” The film’s IMDb reads. The film will star Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul in his former role as Jesse Pinkman.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie releases Oct. 11 and is expected to be a major hit. Watch the trailer below.
