Urie gave an interview with Billboard right after the show, which is where he revealed the news.
“I thought I would take a little more time off, but I’m already starting music. Not with anything planned in mind, but I’m working on some ideas,” he said. “I can’t help myself. I don’t think it’ll be too long before another Panic! record.”
He also talked about opening the show with Taylor Swift with their collab “ME!”
“She’s incredible. We just had so much fun working on that song and her ideas for the videos and the performance, I take no credit,” he said. “I was just like “I’ll show up. I’ll do whatever you ask.”
