Capture The Crown release new song, “To Whom It May Concern”

Capture The Crown are streaming a brand new song titled “To Whom It May Concern.” The track comes off the band’s upcoming sophomore full-length album, Reign Of Terror, which is set for release on August 5 via Artery Recordings.
