‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ features sneaky ‘Riverdale’ cameo

The second part of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is out on Netflix, and many people have already binged their way through it in less than a day.

If you’re one of those people, or you’ve at least made it to the fourth episode, you might have noticed a little Riverdale cameo that only fuels speculation about a crossover between the shows.

It’s previously been reported that a crossover was supposed to happen, but never did. However, there has also been weird speculation that a crossover actually did happen, so the whole thing is pretty confusing. Not to mention the surprise to viewers watching part one of Sabrina when Riverdale’s Ben delivered a pizza in the series, leading to some pretty wild theories.

Now, there’s been another weird connection between the two shows that only makes us wonder if this crossover actually will happen.

Warning: Spoilers Ahead

In episode four of the second part called “Chapter Fifteen: Doctor Cerberus’ House Of Horrors,” an old woman enters the bookstore and claimed to read tarot cards. Many characters in the show got their cards read to attempt to figure out their personal problems.

One character, Harvey Kinkle (Ross Lynch) was trying to decide if he should attend an art camp over the summer. His fortune led to him having an unusual dream sequence where he goes to the camp and meets his roommate Howard (Nikolai Witschl), who ended up having some pretty demonic art.

In case you forgot, Witschl plays Dr. Curdle Jr. on many Riverdale episodes. Spooky right?

As previously mentioned, the show made its debut on Netflix Friday. If you accidentally watched Part 2 too fast, don’t worry, there’s more to come. The series has been renewed for 16 more episodes, and the resulting episodes will air as Part 3 and Part 4.

In case you can’t get enough of Shipka, catch her in the latest trailer for the Netflix film The Silence below.
