Chiodos have released a new video behind the making of their upcoming album, Devil. This video segment focuses on the album’s producer, David Bottrill, and the impact of his production. “[We] completely revamped songs,” says guitarist Thomas Erak. “Some of the songs stayed the same. Some of them aren’t even the same song at all.”

Craig Owens continues, “With All’s Well That Ends Well and Bone Palace, the producers were a bit more ‘stand back and let us do what it is we do.’ Dave is more hands-on, and I like that, because I think it helps push us to our full potential.”

You can check out the video below. (If you missed the band’s last making the album video, check it out here.) As always, watch out for new song clips from the band’s upcoming album in the video.

Chiodos are set to release their new album, Devil, on April 1 via their Razor & Tie imprint label, drk/lght records. The band recently announced a (mostly) Canadian tour, followed by a show in Texas. You can check out the full list of dates and locations below.
