CHVRCHES release video for 'Every Open Eye' single, "Leave A Trace"

Scottish pop trio CHVRCHES have been laying the promotion on thick for their upcoming second full-length, Every Open Eye. Today, the band has released a brand new music video for the album's lead single, “Leave A Trace,” which is getting its own 10-inch single release on vinyl. The visuals for the track are beautiful to say the least. They primarily feature vocalist Lauren Mayberry (Iain and Martin are in there, too) amid shallow water and a colorful haziness. It's very 80s-esque which accentuates CHVRCHES' music nicely, even if Mayberry never breaks out into the choreographed dance many will hope for. You can watch the video below.

Starting this Friday, August 21, the band will begin a lengthy run of tour dates that will see them on the road well into the fall. The full itinerary is available below. Pre-orders for Every Open Eye are ongoing until its official release on September 25.
