CHVRCHES teasing artwork for upcoming album?

It's coming up on two years since the release of The Bones of What You Believe, the excellent debut full-length album from Scottish synthpop trio, CHVRCHES. The band recently announced that they had finished recording their second LP, and based on a somewhat traditional two-year album cycle, it wouldn't be a stretch to think that it might be ready for release in the not-too-distant future.

As of yesterday, the band began teasing some kind of artwork via Facebook and Instagram, which many presume to be a gradual reveal of their forthcoming album's cover art. It initially began as a 6×6 black square with four random tiles revealed. Today they revealed four more, so at this rate the full image will be unveiled seven days from now—hopefully with release details and maybe even pre-orders.

Currently with eight tiles visible, it appears to be an image of pink and white flowers, but there's a lot more that needs to be seen to be certain. You can view today's reveal below and keep up with the image's progress on the band's social networks linked above.
