Cinnamon Toast Crunch created a selfie spoon

Even if the ad video below seems like an SNL or Funny Or Die skit, this appears to be very real. As part of a “Cinnamilk” campaign, General Mills' Cinnamon Toast Crunch and the ad agency McCann have created a “selfie spoon”—just in case you wanted to make eating while you're dead tired that much more inconvenient by attaching your phone to the end of your spoon. The website for the silly device boasts of its features: it comes only in purple, extends to over 30 inches and even has a tiny little remote.

The “selfie spoon” is technically free; you just have to pay shipping and handling. Oh, but womp womp. They're all sold out currently. Maybe they'll get some more in soon. In the meantime you'll just have to take your breakfast selfies without the help of a stick. What a shame. Maybe you can just enjoy your food and not worry about having photographic evidence.
