Circle Jerks documentary set for September 25 release

Seminal hardcore-punk band Circle Jerks will have a new documentary about them titled My Career As A Jerk released on September 25. The film was created by David Markey (1991: The Year Punk Broke, The Slog Movie) and mixes interviews from members Keith Morris, Greg Hetson and Lucky Leher, as well as important members of that scene such as J. Mascis (Dinosaur Jr), Henry Rollins (Black Flag), Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Bad Religion) and many more.

Markey commented saying, “I was at many of these shows, and let me tell you, there wasn't a tighter band in Los Angeles at the time.” He also notes that “making this film reminded [him of] just how truly great they were.”

Below you can see the artwork and watch a trailer for the film, and you can pre-order it right now.
