Slipknot vocalist Corey Taylor took to Twitter last night to share a bit of news that left many of us surprised, shocked and a bit confused. According to Taylor, he “blew out [his] left testicle” while working on some high notes.

No, we’re not making this up.

Taylor posted the unfortunate news last night saying, “Working on my ‘87 Dokken high notes this morning. Fucked around and blew out the left testicle. Careful on re-entry, kids. #kissofdeath #pissinblood”

While it’s not entirely sure if Taylor is being 100 percent serious, it did spark quite a range of reactions from fans.
