ok idk if it’s bc im hungover or what but i’m sitting at laguardia airport feeling very emotional about last nite. selling out webster hall means so much to us. we started emo nite about 5 years ago as a way to listen to the music that we loved while out at a bar. in those 5 years we’ve faced our fair share of haters, imitators, and countless people who have told us ‘no.’ but we’ve kept on working our asses off every single day to make these parties the best they can possibly be bc we genuinely love these events and the community that has grown around them. so thank you to each and every one of you who showed up to party with us last nite or has shown up to party with us anywhere else across the world. thank you for bearing witness to all the crazy shit we’ve tried from mariachi bands to ballerinas to airplane flyovers and singing vampires. we love you all and can’t thank you enough for being a part of this journey with us. – T.J. They posted a snippet of the orchestra practising prior to the start of the event as well. Once the festivities kicked off, attendees were treated to the incredible performance which also included a line of ballet dancers to complement the classical sounds.

You can watch clips of the performance below.

This isn’t the first time Owens has collaborated with others on Chiodos material since their end. The musician collaborated with Adventure Club at an LA gig at the Hollywood Palladium. You can watch that below.
