The musician has made fast progress crossing over from emocore to alt-pop and is bringing this energy out for an “intimate acoustic tour.”

He previously announced the tour which will see performances of old and new songs from across his career.

The vocalist has made fast progress in the weird world of cross-genre collaborations with his latest official one being an EDM collab with producer QUIX.

Owens has previously addressed blocking out requests to “return back to screaming” for some of his former fans who don’t agree with his musical shift.

“I think the majority of my older fans really like it and are starting to understand it more and more as I continue to release music with the project. I’m also making a ton of new ones along the way,” says Owens.

Still, he’s made some Chiodos fans very happy at a recent Emo Nite by performing tracks from the band with an orchestra and ballet dancers.
