Crash Bandicoot returning to Play Station with new remasters

During their extensive E3 showcase, Sony revealed that fully-remastered, HD versions of the original Crash Bandicoot, its sequel, Cortex Strikes Back, and the third installment, Warped, will be available on the Play Station 4.

Crash will also be appearing in the upcoming Skylanders: Imaginators for the PS4. Additional details on this and the remasters are forthcoming.

The original Crash Bandicoot was released in 1996. It was followed up in 1997 with its sequel, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. Thirdly, Crash Bandicoot: Warped was released a year later in 1998. All three games debuted on the original Play Station.
