Cy Barkley And The Way Outsiders post teaser for new album, 'Mutability'

Cy Barkley And The Way Outsiders have posted a teaser for their upcoming album Mutability, due out Sept. 2 via Southpaw Records.

A follow-up to the their 2012 debut, So Bad, Mutability marks the Nashville, Tenn. punk group's first full-length release since expanding to their current five-piece lineup.

Affiliated with the JEFF the Brotherhood-owned Infinity Cat label, Cy Barkley And The Way Outsiders have gained attention over the past year, performing at events such as SXSW, and were recently hand-picked to open for the Melvins at Jack White's Third Man Records performance space. The young punk group channels the aesthetic of acts such as Black Flag, Jay Reatard, and The Dead Boys.
