Dallon Weekes leaves Panic! At The Disco

Dallon Weekes has announced his departure from Panic! At The Disco. The longtime P!ATD bassist, and current frontman of I Don't Know How But They Found Me, revealed his exit in a thankful message to fans on Wednesday—read it below.

“For the last eight years, I've had the incredible opportunity to perform in Panic! At The Disco,” Weekes said in an Instagram post. “While I'm sad to announce that my time with Panic! has come to an end, I'm excited to continue making music with my new project, I Don't Know How But They Found Me.”

Weekes began touring with P!ATD in 2009, becoming a full-time member the following year. With the band, he performed on the album Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die! before returning to a touring role in 2015. He started IDKHBTFM in 2016 with ex-Falling In Reverse drummer Ryan Seaman.

“I'm grateful for the chance I've had to be part of Panic! At The Disco for nearly a decade,” Weekes added of his time with the Brendon Urie-led group. “I will always consider myself indebted to those who made me feel welcome to be a part of P!ATD.
