Dashboard Confessional are teaming up with country artist Brantley Gilbert to raise money for the victims of the Waffle House shooting in Nashville.
Check out how you can help below.
The band are teaming up with I Believe in Nashville charity and to sell t-shirts with the words “I Believe In Heroism.”
It was amazing to meet @j_shaw9 & @thefirstbrennan today, and I’m excited to announce a benefit for the victims of the Waffle House shooting. Head to @ibelieveinnashville / Ibelieveinnashville.com or to our show at @theryman on May 11th and purchase a shirt made specially for this cause. #ibelieveinnashville
As Rolling Stone reports, the t-shirts were inspired by James Shaw Jr., who was injured after tackling the gunman, an action being described as heroic.
You can buy a shirt during Dashboard Confessional's performance at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on May 11 or online.
All proceeds go to Shaw Jr, his friend Brennan McMurry and the families of the four victims killed in the shooting.
