David Tennant (Doctor Who) cast in animated adaptation of 'Chew' comic
David Tennant, best known for his role as the Tenth Doctor in Doctor Who, has been cast in an animated adaptation of the popular comic Chew, according to a report from the Hollywood Reporter. Tennant is voicing the role of Mason Savoy, taking the place of Robin Williams who tragically passed away last August.

The Walking Dead star Steven Yeun and Felicia Day, the creator of web series The Guild, have also joined the cast of voice actors, contributing to an impressive lineup of talent. Jeff Krelitz, creator of Torchwood: Web of Lies is directing the film.
No release date has been set for the movie, as production stalled after Williams passed away last August.
