Exclusive: Daytrader sign to Rise Records, plan debut for spring 2012

Altpress.com has exclusively learned that Queens, New York-based Daytrader has signed to Rise Records. The band will enter the studio later this year with producer Mike Sapone (Taking Back Sunday, Brand New) to begin work on their debut full-length and follow-up to 2011's Last Days Of Rome EP, with a release tentatively planned for spring 2012.

Daytrader has also experienced a lineup shift since their last recording; Scotty Giffin (ex-Crime In Stereo) is the group's new drummer while Matt Mascarenas of Salt Lake City, Utah hardcore act Reviver has taken up bass duties.
