“You’ll be seeing more of Deadpool in the years to come,” he said.

During the presentation, Horn showed a tweet from Ryan Reynolds, who played the titular character. Reynolds tweeted a joke about the merger after it was announced featuring his character on a school bus sporting Mickey Mouse ears.

Feels like the first day of ‘Pool,” the tweet reads.

Disney’s merger means that now, Deadpool could join other characters, such as the Avengers, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In other news, last December a PG-13 re-release of Deadpool 2 dubbed Once Upon A Deadpool. The film was the first Marvel movie to hit theaters since Marvel icon Stan Lee passed away.  In the film included a special segment to Lee in the re-release.

Also last December, someone remade the Avengers: Endgame trailer to feature Deadpool as every single character, and we will never forget it. Check that out below

Reynolds hasn’t just been making memes about Deadpool on Twitter while all of this has gone on. He’s been promoting Detective Pikachu, where he stars as our favorite Pokemon. He recently shared how he prepared for the intense role in a hilarious way, which you can watch below.
