Demi Lovato, Joe Jonas are down to make an R-rated ‘Camp Rock 3’
Camp Rock fans, rejoice! It looks like Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas are totally into making a Camp Rock 3—and making it a little less Disney approved.
“My idea! Yes, we’re totally going to do it,” Lovato told Entertainment Tonight. “It'd be like American Pie meets Disney Channel… It's going to happen!”

In a previous interview with Marie Claire, Joe Jonas said ideas for a Camp Rock 3 were being thrown around—for an R-rated version, that is.
“If it made sense, sure. For all of us—Demi, Nick, it would be funny to do a spin on it. Do the graduating days, make it kinda dark,” Jonas says. “An adult film. Well, not an adult film. An R-rated film. We've joked around about the idea a couple times.”

While we wait in anticipation for Camp Rock 3 to (hopefully) come to life, we’ll see if anyone else in the Connect 3 trio make statements on the reunion. Our fingers are crossed.
Camp Rock originally came out in 2008, and the sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, was released two years later.
