Here are Discogs’ top rock, hardcore, punk albums of 2017

Another year down means another year of new tunes we just had to pick up, and Discogs has revealed the top 10 most-collected albums in the rock, punk, hardcore, indie rock and pop genres for 2017.

Queens Of The Stone Age came out on top in the rock category, with Converge, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Gorillaz and the National coming out on top in the hardcore, punk, pop and indie rock categories, respectively.

The full list, which premiered with Billboard, details just how many records were sold by the top ten in each category. Let's just say, we bought a lot of music this year.
