Disney is getting ready to take the streaming world by storm with its upcoming platform Disney+.

We know the service is planning reboots of Home AloneNight at the Museum, Cheaper By The Dozen and Diary of a Wimpy Kid, which is only a fraction of what they have planned. More recently, they announced a Lizzie McGuire reboot and The Mandalorian.

We’ve also known a bit about the price points for the service. Disney+ is slated to go live this November for a mere $6.99 per month. Also, a bundle deal including Disney+, Hulu and ESPN will launch Nov. 12 for an astounding $12.99 per month.

Now, we’re learning that with one of the packages, you can get a full year of the streaming service for free.

Interested users can opt to pay a $69.99 annual fee for Disney+. Now, through Labor Day, Disney is offering a buy two years, get one free deal.

The “Founder’s Circle” deal was revealed at the D23 expo last weekend. It takes $23 off the annual price which means you’d get three years for $140.97. In order to get it, you have to sign up for a D23 club membership here for free. After you are approved, which could take 36 hours, you will be offered the amazing deal for the service. The offer ends Sept. 2 and does not apply for the previously mentioned bundle.

Included in the Disney+ library will be 400 movies and 7,500 TV shows. This includes Marvel, Pixar and Lucasfilm content on top of what they’ve acquired from 21st Century Fox.

ESPN will include hundreds of games from MLB, NHL and MLS. Tennis, boxing, college sports, PGA Tour, rugby, cricket and a full library of ESPN films will also be included.

More Disney news

At the D23 conference, fans learned about what Disney+ will offer as far as content and what the schedule of releases will be like. Disney also announced the upcoming movie release schedule through 2027.

At the expo, Disney revealed that with its TV shows and series, it plans to release episodes on a weekly basis instead of all-at-once like Netflix. This makes the service more similar to traditional cable.

The news came when High School Musical: The Musical: The Series creator Tim Federle revealed the new Disney+ series “would release its 10 episodes on a weekly basis” to TheWrap. Then, a spokesperson confirmed that all shows would follow that format.

Another huge revelation made was that the service won’t contain any R-rated content. Reporter Eric Vespe asked if “Fox’s more adult fare (would) make it on to Disney+”. The company responded that all content would be PG-13 or softer. However, because Disney owns the majority of Hulu, the reporter says the adult content might end up there.

Disney+ drops November 14.
