The Driver Era drop atmospheric “Forever Always” video

The Driver Era just dropped a psychedelic new video for their song “Forever Always”. The duo consists of brother Rocky and Ross Lynch. You may know Ross best as the heartthrob Harvey Kinkle on The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

The indie duo released an LP this year titled in addition to two singles titled “A Kiss” and Forever Always”. Check out the hazy video below.

The brothers shot the video while Ross was filming The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. They partnered with Ryland Lynch to direct and produce the video themselves. The video has a classic trippy car driving vibe, similar to FIDLAR’s “Can’t You See”. It features some psychedelic graphics and many quick cuts.  Watch “Forever Always” below.

“Forever Always” Lyrics

Take me from my ocean view
Now what do I become to you
Strip you from the numbers
Your hot girl summer
Face to the cold
Does it ever get warmer
Maybe you’re the cover
Complacent to the stubborn
So keep it so clean
And it’s just for the others
Yeah it’s all for the others now

You’re doing bad things
I’m doing the same (oh)
And you want me to stay (stay stay)
Before its too late (late late)
To forever always
To forever always
To forever always
To forever always (Just you and me)
To forever always
To forever always
(To forever always)
(Forever, just you and me, forever)

Take my BMW
You can empty out my pockets too (Ooh)
And now you’re wearing nothing
There’s no point loving
Thinking too many times
Trying to find something
I have you undercover
But still I wonder
I want to be certain
It’s all for the others now
Oh yeah, it’s all for the others now

You’re doing bad things
I’m doing the same (oh)
And you want me to stay (stay stay)
Before its too late (late late)
To forever always (To forever always)
To forever always (To forever always)
To forever always (Alright, to forever always)
To forever always (To forever always, just you and me)
To forever always
To forever always

To forever always
To forever always
To forever always
To forever always
To forever always
To forever always
To forever always
To forever always
(Forever, just you and me, forever)
To forever always
(Just you and me)
