Elon Musk and Grimes have been dating since 2018 and announced they were expecting a child together back in January.

Musk initially tweeted on May 4 that the baby was only “a few hours away” before announcing “Mom & baby all good” at 8:26 P.M that night.

Fans immediately began asking questions about the sex of the baby and its name which Musk was more than happy to provide.

Musk said the baby is a boy and that the name is “X Æ A-12 Musk.”
We know. That’s a bit of a tongue twister. But, some clever internet users already seem to have locked down the name.

One user tweeted “X Ash Archangel” and Musk liked the tweet, seemingly implying that is the correct name. Another of the guesses is Sasha Archangel.

Æ is a letter in the languages of some alphabets deriving from the Latin diphthong ae. It is pronounced “ash.” The A-12 seems to be a reference to the Lockheed A-12 OXCART CIA Aircraft with the codename of Archangel. Whether that is the child’s actual name is still unclear but Elon Musk might just be having a bit of fun trolling the internet.

Elon Musk shared some pictures of the baby boy. He decided to have some more fun using a filter on his new baby to give him some sweet face tattoos. Then someone said Musk would “break the internet” if he posted one of his holding the child.

Elon Musk is seen with baby X Æ A-12 Musk and is rocking an “Occupy Mars” t-shirt.
