Emmure drop first single with new lineup, sign deal with SharpTone Records—listen

Emmure have rave returned with their first single featuring the band's new lineup.

They also have signed a worldwide deal with Nuclear Blast/SharpTone Records for their seventh studio album.

The new lineup features Frank Palmeri on vocals, Phil Lockett (ex the Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza) on bass, Josh Miller (ex Glass Cloud) on drums and Joshua Travis – guitars (ex Glass Cloud, the Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza). Back in December, bassist Mark Davis, lead guitarist Jesse Ketive, rhythm guitarist Mike Mulholland and drummer Adam Pierce left the band. Shortly after that Palmeri announced that the band would continue with a new lineup.

More details on the album, which is expected to arrive in early 2017, will be announced at a later time. This album will mark the first appearance with the new lineup. In the meantime, you can hear their new single “Torch” below. Let us know what you think of the single in the comments.
