The comedy-rock duo Tenacious D are back, and they're celebrating the occasion with their first U.S. tour in five years.

After hearing a sequel to Tenacious D's 2006 movie Tenacious D In The Pick Of Destiny was in the works, we weren’t sure of any news that could top it—until now.

In a Facebook animated video, the duo of Jack Black and Kyle Glass realize they need to pay the rent, and what better way of coming up with the money to do so than by going on tour?

We can’t argue with that theory!

While the tour was something that the duo definitely decided on, we can't forget that a new album could probably be in the making as well. Either way, we're beyond stoked to see the band's epic comeback.

The 10-date fall tour will mark the band’s first track around the U.S. in five years. The show will start June 6 at the Montebello Rockfest, and it will wrap up Nov. 13 in Chicago.

Tickets for the band’s forthcoming run will go on sale Friday, May 18, at 10 a.m. local time.
