Crowd surfing is a typical occurrence at an Every Time I Die show but I don't think anyone was expecting Buckley to be carried as long as he was. The guitarist joked about the experience on Twitter writing, “I'm still up. They never put me down. I think I'm still somewhere in Texas. Help.”

Jordan Buckley also won the award for Best Guitarist, presented by PRS Guitars, at the 2017 Journey’s Alternative Press Music Awards, Fueled By Monster Energy winning against fellow guitarists Ben Weinman (Dillinger Escape Plan), Claudio Sanchez (Coheed And Cambria), Reba Meyers (Code Orange), Steve Menoian (I Prevail) and Teppei Teranishi (Thirce).

Considering Buckley is on tour with the rest of Every Time I Die, his father Mike accepted the award for him. Check out his acceptance speech below!
