According to local news source WXYZ Detroit, the woman, Tonya Ross, saw the band at the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, MI and following Buckley’s dive from the stage, she suffered “catastrophic injuries.”

She says he didn’t warn the crowd that he would be making the jump, explaining she “was completely caught off guard.”

WXYZ reports that Ross suffered a concussion and neck fracture following the incident, and she is required to receive physical therapy and medical appointments as a result.

However, Jordan Buckley doesn’t even know he’s being sued, so something isn't adding up…

We’ll see how this story unfolds.
