The game allows you to set up a drum kit for your character while jamming the buttons fast enough reveals a nice little Fall Out Boy nod.

While it isn’t perfectly matched up to the song’s beat, it’s pretty darn close. The clip features the song over top of the beat towards the end to show you just how spot-on it really is.

More on Animal Crossing

Animal Crossing has been providing some solid ways for bands to show their love for various bands with people sharing around different designs for band shirts and album covers since the game’s release.

It even led to YouTube channel Girlfriend Reviews posting a remixed version of Billie Eilish‘s “bad guy” tailor-made to match the game.

The parody song “Bass Guy” sees the YouTubers playfully changing up the lyrics to match the themes in the game.

“Cuz I’m the bass guy/ Always fishing trash guy/ Pretty crappy catch guy/ Nintendo please patch guy,“ the chorus now goes.
