What the heck are Fall Out Boy planning with these trophies?
In August Fall Out Boy posted a to-do list to their Instagram. It contained some normal sounding tasks like “finish recording MANIA” and “give back to Chicago,” but there was one weird task that may now be coming into being: “send out trophies to fans.”

Here is the original to-do list the guys posted.
You may have thought the trophy bit was a joke, or that they'd send out some kind of fan appreciation message with metaphorical trophies, but apparently, you'd have been wrong. Here is their new post, a picture of real life actual trophies, with the caption “crossing things off that to do list.”
So who knows, maybe we'll all get trophies in the mail from our boys soon! Or maybe Fall Out Boy are planning some kind of ultra-fan Hunger Games-esque competition? We don't know yet, but we would definitely compete for an official 'Number One Fall Out Boy Fan' trophy. We're still out here waiting for those Fall Out Boy branded fidget spinners, though…
If you want to catch the guys on tour, the M A N I A Tour kicks off in Cleveland on Oct. 20, wrapping up on Nov. 18 in Phoenix, joined by support acts Blackbear and Jaden Smith.
Fall Out Boy's new album M A N I A is due out on Jan. 19, 2018.
