Did you really think they were going to take November off? On the heels of their BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards performance and the announcement that they would take part in this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Fall Out Boy have added two additional awards show appearances: the U.S. EMA kickoff telecast, Nov. 10 in New York, and the TeenNick HALO Awards, Nov. 17 in Los Angeles.

While the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards proper will take place at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Netherlands, the U.S. kickoff show will go down in New York, before tossing overseas. The event will air live at 7 p.m. EST on MTV and free tickets are available here. Fall Out Boy are also nominated for a “Best Alternative Band” EMA.

Check out an announcement from the band:

The fifth annual TeenNick HALO Awards, which honors the work of four inspiring teens by pairing them up with celebrities, will air live from Los Angeles, Nov. 17 at 8 p.m. EST on TeenNick. Here's a message from Fall Out Boy about their involvement:

And, in more awards show news, though they're not expected to perform, the band have been nominated in the 2014 People's Choice Awards for “Favorite Alternative Band.” The show will air Jan. 9 at 9 p.m. EST on CBS, and voting ends Dec. 5. Here's the announcement:
