The studio is currently looking for five young actors to fill such roles as Newt Scamander, Leta Lestrange, Gellert Grindelwald and Albus Dumbledore.

Pottermore says that the casting call is for actors between the ages of 13 and 16 to play Newt, Leta, and a character named Sebastian.

They also report that they’re casting actors between the ages of 16 and 18 for the teenage Gellert Grindelwald and Albus Dumbledore.

It’s been previously reported that young Dumbledore will be played by none other than Jude Law. Johnny Depp will also be starring in the sequel as Gellert Grindelwald—a childhood friend of Albus Dumbledore who would also become one of the world's most evil wizards.

But that's not all—the Harry Potter and the Fantastic Beasts author J.K. Rowling says that during their youth, Dumbledore found himself in love with Grindelwald. However, after growing apart, Dumbledore became shocked to see his friend grow into a villain.

Pottermore reports that the closing date for applications is Tuesday, June 20 at midnight GMT, and if the casting directors are interested, the applicant will hear back within 14 days of their original submission.

The second part of the Fantastic Beasts series is expected to make its way to theaters on November 16, 2018.
