Farro brothers (ex-Paramore) working on new music

Josh and Zac Farro, formerly of Paramore, are apparently working on new music this week, along with fellow Novel American member Ryan Clark and Nashville, Tenn. musician Sam Tinnesz.

Check out the news from Zac's Twitter, below.

It's unclear whether the Farros are working on material for Novel American or for something else, however NA seems likely, as Ryan Clark has played bass for the group since its 2011 beginnings.

The brothers left Paramore in late 2010, and, in the wake of their departure, Josh announced the formation of Novel American. Shortly after, Zac was brought into the project to play drums. Developments with the group have been slow, though they've intermittently suggested that they have been working on music. As recently as last fall, the band were in search of a new singer, following the departure of vocalist Van Beasley. It is possible that Tinnesz, a singer and songwriter himself, has been tapped to fill that role.

So far, Novel American have not released any full-length tracks, nor have they performed live. In speaking on their sound, the group have cited influences such as Radiohead, Jimmy Eat World, and Explosions In The Sky.

Zac Farro also performs solo with his project HalfNoise. He recently wrapped a U.S. tour with Paper Route, and self-released his eponymous debut EP, last fall.
