This heavy metal grandma killed it onstage with Five Finger Death Punch

Five Finger Death Punch made a stop during the band’s European tour in Norway yesterday and belted out their hit “Jekyll and Hyde” to the sold-out Oslo Spectrum. Fans were obviously expecting an awesome show, but most likely weren’t expecting a 70-year-old woman to join the band onstage and rock out for the remainder of the song.

The band invited the woman onto the stage ring in the middle of the song, taking to Twitter to share some footage of the invitation and the woman, clearly a young metalhead at heart, shaking it out during the song.

She was into every bit of the tune, even heading over to the mic to croon along with the band, an absolutely charing sight in her light pink jersey shirt and jeans, throwing up the metal horns and stealing the stage from FFDP themselves.

It could have been your mom and grandma, but honestly, with all this granny’s head banging and thrashing around, there’s no way they could have been as cool as this awesome lady. Kudos to you, ma’am! Is a heavy metal career in the cards for you?
