Foo Fighters launch curious countdown
Foo Fighters have launched a 25-day countdown on their website that should hit 00:00:00:00 around midnight on November 22. As to what the band has planned, only time will tell. While on the website, you'll hear faint background noise; mostly unintelligible talking, but nothing notably interesting.

Earlier this month, while performing at Austin City Limits, Dave Grohl announced to the crowd that the band had recorded five new songs, at least one of which would feature Austin musician Ben Kweller. This of course opens the possibility that Foo Fighters could share some new music once the countdown comes to a close. Maybe they'll announce a follow-up to last year's Sonic Highways or even something involving their HBO docu-series of the same name. It could, of course, be something entirely unexpected. Any theories?
