For The Fallen Dreams have confirmed that they will release a new album on April 8 titled, Heavy Hearts. Pre-orders are currently available on MerchNOW. The band recently premiered a new song titled, “Emerald Blue.” It is the first track off of the upcoming full-length. Stream it below and tell us what you think!
