Foreign Tongues release new EP for pay-what-you-want, all proceeds to the One Fund
Massachusetts-based Foreign Tongues have released their Glue EP with a name-your-price download via Youth Conspiracy Records (owned by AP managing editor Scott Heisel). All of the proceeds will go to the One Fund, a charity created by Governor Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Tom Menino to help victims of the recent Boston Marathon bombing. Also on Bandcamp is their recent split with fellow Bostonians Ghost Thrower, supporting the same cause.
“Once we got wind of the unfortunate events that occurred in Boston on April 15, we all discussed a way to help out our community of family and friends,” says Foreign Tongues frontman Cameron Moretti. “We decided what better way to help than release the new material of music and all give all the proceeds to the One Fund in support of anyone affected by the incident. We hope everyone enjoys Glue and will support this cause so we can give back to Massachusetts.”
