Former emo princess Avril Lavigne tries to get on Taylor Swift's level

Last year, photos of former emo princess Avril Lavigne’s incredibly awkward meet-and-greet went viral. Fans, who payed a decent price to come face to face with the pop star, were forced to stand a foot away from Lavigne, not even being allowed a hug, let alone a handshake.

Recently, “Bad Blood” singer Taylor Swift “liked” a photo on Tumblr that compared her fan interactions with those of other celebrity musicians, including Avril’s.

Once Mrs. Lavigne found out, she attempted to justify the relationship she has with her fans, tweeting, “Comparison is judging and judging a person does not define who they are it defines who you are. We all Love our fans.” She then followed that by tweeting a fan-inspired montage picture, captioning it with, “So let’s keep it all about the love and stay positive,” (via Daily Mail).

Looks like emo’s former princess might have a little bad blood of her own boiling to the surface.
